Meyhouse Jazz presents Sinatra Meets Nat King Cole & More, featuring award-winning vocalist in an evening celebrating two of the most iconic voices in American music.
From Sinatra’s effortless swing and sophisticated phrasing to the warmth and elegance of Nat King Cole, this program moves through beloved standards, romantic ballads, and timeless songs from the Great American Songbook.
A longtime presence on the Bay Area jazz scene, Rowe has received the Pacific Coast and Fullerton Vocal Jazz Awards for Outstanding Jazz Performance and has appeared at the Monterey Jazz Festival and Switzerland’s Montreux Jazz Festival. Over the course of his career, he has worked with artists including Bobby McFerrin, Dexter Gordon, Woody Herman, Sergio Mendes, and Patrice Rushen.
