  • Jazz Event Ticket Refund Policy

  • We know plans can change, so here’s how refunds work:

  • More Than 7 Days Before the Event

  • Cancel more than 7 days before the event to receive a full refund of the ticket price. Ticketing and processing fees are non-refundable, as they are charged directly by the ticketing platform.

  • Less Than 7 Days Before the Event

  • Cancel within 7 days of the event, and the ticket is not refundable.

  • However, we will try to resell your ticket.

  • If your ticket is resold after all other tickets are sold, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price. Ticketing and processing fees are non-refundable, as they are charged directly by the ticketing platform.

  • If the ticket is not resold, no refund will be issued.

  • Important Notes

  • Refunds are based on when we receive your cancellation request.

  • Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method.
