Ramana Vieira is an American singer renowned for her contemporary interpretations of traditional Portuguese fado music. Born in San Leandro, California, to Portuguese immigrant parents, she was exposed to both American pop and traditional Portuguese music from an early age. Her grandfather, a musician and composer from Madeira, significantly influenced her musical journey.
