Direct from São Paulo, the duo shares a remarkable musical connection built over years of performing and creating together. Dani's expressive vocals and dazzling rhythmic scat singing intertwine with Debora's intricate piano melodies, infectious grooves, and imaginative compositions, creating a sound that is both sophisticated and irresistibly energetic.
Together, Dani and Debora have released nine albums through their acclaimed projects, the Dani & Debora Gurgel Quarteto (DDG4) and DDG19 Big Band. Their music has earned multiple honors in Brazil and Japan, including recognition for Best Jazz Group and Best Brazilian Album, and has taken them on extensive tours across Japan, Europe, and the Americas.
